The Personal Productivity course provides participants with strategies for managing their inbox, projects, tasks, files, information, and their physical & electronic workspace. The goal of the course is to empower participants to spend less time processing & organizing work, and more time actually making progress. Most participants see productivity gains in the range of 1-2 hours per day within the first 30 days after completing the workshop.
The course is delivered in a 4.5 hour workshop that is followed up with one-on-one coaching for each participant. During the introductory workshop, participants learn common “productivity pitfalls” and barriers that keep them from making progress; and learn strategies to overcome these obstacles.
With the knowledge that a “one-size-fits-all” approach is unlikely to meet the dynamic needs of each participant, the course extends beyond the workshop. Each participant works individually with the instructor to customize and implement strategies to meet the unique productivity challenges confronting that participant.
